Cleaning in Place (CIP) enables equipment to be thoroughly cleaned without having to be dismantled.
CIP has become the industry standard method for cleaning, as it largely eliminates the element of human error, saves on chemicals and reduces your exposure to harmful substances.

Any good CIP system must respect the T.A.C.T. principle to guarantee effective cleaning: Time, Action, Concentration and Temperature. This principle is strictly adhered to in our systems to ensure impeccable cleaning quality. Cleaning is as fast as possible, while remaining effective, so you can get back to production in no time.

Why this product is a winner

Modular: We can develop a system to suit the size of your brewery and the amount of equipment to be cleaned. We can also manufacture a 1-tank or 3-tank system. The latter will enable you to reuse the water from the last cleaning for the next rinse.

Control: If you want to reduce the cost of your system, or if your piping is flexible, we can supply a manual system. If you have a large plant with rigid piping, we’ll develop a fully automatic system.

Reports: If you’d like the results of your CIP analysis, we’ll add analysis probes to provide you with reports. You’ll be able to validate and certify that your cleaning has been carried out properly.
