Our inline membrane deaeration system removes almost all oxygen from water in just a few minutes. It can be paired with a dealcoholization system to dilute beer without oxidizing it. Because it’s modular, we can add or remove membranes based on specific needs.

Why this product is a winner
In the past, producing deaerated water required either boiling the water or using CO₂ deaeration towers to expel oxygen. These methods, now considered old school, were very energy-intensive and wasted a lot of gas.
Zytho DEOX systems provide oxygen-free water on demand with flow rates of up to 60 hl/h (~26 gpm). The performance of Liqui-Cel™ membrane contactors provides almost 100% deaerated water.
In addition, the system takes up very little space and can be designed to be mobile or fixed. So it’s easy to integrate into your brewery without having to change everything.
This system can also be used in conjunction with a buffer tank to store large quantities of water for larger requirements.
