The Haffmans CCR Carbo Controller allows you to carbonate beverages and beverages online. The online reading of the CO2 level in the liquid is looped back to the controller which then adjusts the gas injection rate. Thus obtaining the desired volume of dissolved CO2 in a precise and constant manner. Mixing between gas and liquid is carried out by static mixers adapted to the conditions of your products. As an option, the Haffmans CCR Carbo Controller can also read the O2 level.
