For proper fermentation, yeasts require a certain level of oxygen in the must. However, the usual methods of oxygenating the must in breweries (for example O2 stone) are sometimes imprecise and impact the repeatability of the final product.
The Zytho wort aerator overcomes this challenge by ensuring a constant injection of O2 into the wort just before fermentation. This online process also allows you to control the amount of oxygen depending on the type of beer desired. Its retroactive loop ensures control of this quantity and therefore constant and repeatable fermentation between batches.
