The idea behind the creation of Zytho Systèmes came from our desire to offer different equipment and systems for breweries while providing outstanding service.
When we design systems, we pay particular attention to our customers’ needs. Whether it’s limited space or a shortage of manpower, we adapt our brewery equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our aim is to make available to microbreweries systems that are generally designed and allocated to large-scale producers.

As the official partner and service center for Haffmans instruments in Canada, quality control is at the heart of Zytho System mission. It’s thanks to this partnership that we’ve been able to meet and develop relationships with many of our customers. For us, a good beer has to be well made: even if you use the best New Zealand hops, an oxidized beer will never reach its full potential and will cost you (recalls, rejections at the drain, disappointing ratings on Untappd, etc). Repeatability and quality control are always present when we design our systems.

Our vision of increasing production doesn’t involve buying another fermenter. We believe that by integrating the right technologies, breweries can do more with less. We increase your efficiency while using (almost) the same space. We prioritize the “in-line” systems to ensure that there is as little downtime as possible in your production day.

Reduce your losses
By paying particular attention to the quality of the product leaving our systems, we ensure that it does not need to be rejected. At Zytho, we also optimize our systems as far as possible to avoid any loss of energy or waste of resources (e.g. membrane deaerated water instead of boiled water, recovery of the last CIP rinse, etc.). We belong to a generation that pays particular attention to the environment, and this is present in our designs.

We brew at the office. Our brewing engineer brews at our offices and has hop tattoos. Our president has the shape of a guy who drinks too much beer. Our motto “We eat beer” comes from somewhere.
